The stage will be set for our adult A-listers with weekly special events perfect for those with more mature or classical tastes. Wednesdays are a blast from the past! Hit the LED dancefloor and groove to songs from the 80s and 90s beneath the disco ball, catch the Roller Disco show, or a screening of classic films for all ages.
Purple Picnic
The Purple Picnic is a party fit for a king, or should we say, Prince? Dance to live house music and watch an exciting fire dance with a bartender and waitress on hand to ensure you’re refreshed.
HOLLYWOOD TRIBUTE NIGHT
Put on your best red carpet look and mingle with actors dressed as some of Hollywood’s most famous characters before a delicious outdoor gala dinner and screenings of classic musicals.
GLAM & ROCK NIGHT
Get ready to rock and roll all night long with live music tributes to classic bands like Pink Floyd, KISS, and more. Head to Overtime Sports Bar for karaoke or the theater for rock-inspired movies.
JANUARY | GOLDEN GLOBE NIGHT
Get ready for your close up! Adults can dress up and watch movies with treats at the snack bar like the stars at a gala dinner and screening of the Golden Globes.
FEBRUARY | OSCAR NIGHT
Strut down the red carpet outside of the Convention Center before joining the elegantly decorated gala dinner, test your knowledge with Hollywood trivia, and watch the Oscars on the big screen.
MARCH | SCI-FI FRIDAYS
Every Friday in March, catch some of your favorite science fiction films at the theater. Outside the theater, full VR equipment will be available for you to try for an out-of-this-world experience.
MAY | CANNES FILM BEACH FESTIVAL
Hosted in partnership with Moët & Chandon Champagne, enjoy screenings of Palme d'Or winning documentaries and films on the beach with bartenders and butlers on hand to supply refreshments.
JUNE | CELEBRATE THE NBA
Don’t miss a second of the action during NBA Finals Week with games playing at Overtime Sports Bar and screenings of your favorite basketball movies in the theater!
JULY | SURF CITY SUMMER FESTIVAL
Head to the beach on Tuesdays for the chance to win great PH prizes with the ‘Do You Want to Build a Sandman’ contest for kids and an obstacle course for adults, plus screenings of summer classics.
AUGUST | IMAGINATION FESTIVAL
The second Friday in August will see Planet Hollywood transform into Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory with chocolate stations in the lobby and theater, a scavenger hunt, and screenings of fantasy films.
SEPTEMBER | A TRIBUTE TO BOLLYWOOD
On the second Tuesday in September, savor an outdoor buffet dinner hosted by Sutra. Sample some hookah and enjoy a Bollywood-style performance beneath the stars or watch Bollywood hits at the theater
